Common questions
If you don't see your question here, just reach out—happy to answer.
How long does a website usually take?
It depends on the number of pages and how quickly you provide content/feedback. Smaller sites can move fast (2-3 weeks); multi-page builds typically take 4-6 weeks. We'll set a clear timeline up front.
Do you help with writing website copy?
Yes. I can help shape the messaging and structure so the site reads clearly. If you already have copy, I'll refine it to fit the flow and sections.
Can I update the site myself after it's live?
Yes—depending on your setup. If you want "easy updates" we can plan for it. Otherwise, I'm available for ongoing updates so you don't have to stress it.
Do you do SEO?
I build with SEO foundations: clean structure, good headings, proper meta tags, and fast performance. Ongoing SEO strategy (content + backlinks + content planning) can be layered in later or handled separately.
What's included in pricing?
Pricing depends on scope (pages, features, copy support, and timeline). Your quote will clearly spell out exactly what's included so there are no surprises. Starter sites begin around $2,500.
What platforms do you use?
I build with modern, lightweight code that's fast and maintainable. Depending on your needs, this might be custom HTML/CSS, a headless CMS, or a platform like Webflow or Squarespace. We'll choose what fits your situation best.
Do you offer hosting?
I can set up and manage hosting for you, or help you connect to your existing hosting. Most sites are hosted on reliable, fast platforms like SiteGround, Netlify, or Vercel.
How do we get started?
Start with a conversation. Tell me what you do, what you need, and what success looks like. Then I'll recommend the simplest next step.
